Shipping
How long will it take for my book to arrive?
Once shipped, books will generally arrive within 7 business days (both domestic and international shipments). This does not include the processing time, currently 5 days for all books.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. We ship to over 60 countries worldwide. All prices on droptheworld.com are shown in US Dollars.

Our Prices
How do you calculate book price?
Book price is simply based on the number of pages in your book plus the binding fee. The cost per page depends on book size - the more pages in your book, the less you pay per page. You can access our price calculator here.
What about black & white printing?
At this time we offer only color prints.
How much does it cost per photo?
We charge only on page count - include as many photos as you want!
Do you give bulk discounts?
Sorry, no. We are an on-demand printing company and print books as they are ordered.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept any credit or debit cards issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or JCB.
Do you store my credit card information?
No. In order to insure greater privacy and enhanced security of your personal data we have decided not to save your credit card details upon completion of your transaction. You can find more information in our privacy policy.
What is your return/order cancellation policy?
Books already damaged when the customer receives them are eligible for replacement. If you receive a book that is damaged in some way (missing, torn, or loose pages, etc.), we will be happy to provide a replacement copy at no additional cost. Simply contact us at support@droptheworld.com.

Before ordering, a preview of each book can be viewed on-screen. We will also display warnings for any photos that have been included but do not meet our recommended minimum resolution. It is the User's responsibility to review and approve the onscreen preview and acknowledge any warnings before completing the order process. It is the responsibility of Drop The World to guarantee the hard copy received by the user will replicate the on-screen preview approved by the user during the order process.

At no time after a User completes their order on the Drop The World Site can we cancel or refund their order.
